Legal information
Access to the https://www.amplicomms.com site (the "Site") is open to the general public, with no access restrictions. The purpose of the Site is to present Swissvoice and its products and services.
The Site is governed by French law.
Atlinks reserves the right to modify the legal notices at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Site, and users are advised to consult this page regularly.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site is the property of Atlinks.
All the elements (general structure, texts, images in particular) composing the Site belong to Atlinks or are the object of an authorization of use granted to Atlinks.
The user has a simple right to use the elements making up the Site for information purposes.

By accessing or using the Site, the user acknowledges having read these conditions of use and undertakes to comply with them. PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the provisions of the amended Act of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, the processing of personal data carried out on the Site has been declared to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), which has issued a receipt under number 1558426 v0.
Users are hereby informed that, in accordance with article 32 of the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the information communicated by users via the forms on the Site is required to respond to their requests, and in particular to enable the sending of a Newsletter and to receive information about Atlinks products, and is intended for use by the data controller for administrative and commercial management purposes.

Our personal data protection policy applies whether we are acting as a Data Controller or as a Sub-Contractor within the meaning of the Regulations.

The Data we collect and process
We process the Data that you send us or to which we have access as a result of our business relationship with you. This includes :

The technical and organisational measures we take to ensure the security of your Data
We have put in place technical and organisational security measures for your Data, adapted to its degree of sensitivity, to protect its confidentiality and integrity and to prevent damage, deletion or unauthorised access, such as: staff training, storage in secure physical areas, password encryption, anonymisation.
Your rights
You have the right to access your Data at any time.
You may also ask for your Data to be deleted, updated or for any erroneous or obsolete Data to be rectified.
You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your Data. If such restriction or objection would hinder the normal performance of our contractual obligations towards you, we will inform you.

Some definitions :
Personal data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, namely a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an IP address, or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity. Regulations: the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGDP), Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 amended by Law 2018-494 of 20 June 2018 and its implementing Decree of 1 August 2018, as well as any other regulations applicable to the protection of personal data within the European Union.
Data controller: The natural or legal person, public authority, department or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the Processing. (RGPD, Article 4 (7))
Sub-processor: The natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body that processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller. (RGPD, Article 4 (8))
Processing: Any operation, whether or not carried out by automatic means, which is applied to Personal Data, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, dissemination or otherwise making available, erasure or destruction.
