Access to the https://www.amplicomms.com site (the "Site") is open to the general public, with no access restrictions. The purpose of the Site is to present Swissvoice and its products and services.

The Site is governed by French law.

Atlinks reserves the right to modify the legal notices at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Site, and users are advised to consult this page regularly.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site is the property of Atlinks.

All the elements (general structure, texts, images in particular) composing the Site belong to Atlinks or are the object of an authorization of use granted to Atlinks.

The user has a simple right to use the elements making up the Site for information purposes.

Atlinks reserves the right to modify the content of the Site at any time, for any reason, without the need for prior notification, and shall not be held liable for the consequences of such modification. The user is not authorised to modify the content of the Site.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

By accessing or using the Site, the user acknowledges having read these conditions of use and undertakes to comply with them. If the user does not agree with these conditions of use, he/she must not use the Site. Users of the Site acknowledge that they have the skills and resources required to access and use the Site.

ATLINKS implements a number of security controls to prevent unauthorised access to the Site. Atlinks cannot be held responsible for any damage or malfunction of the user's computer system, software or data that may result from use of the Site.

The User is advised to adopt appropriate protective measures to ensure that any element of the Site that he or she uses does not contain any virus or any element of contamination that could damage or interfere with his or her computer system.

PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of the amended Act of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, the processing of personal data carried out on the Site has been declared to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), which has issued a receipt under number 1558426 v0.

Users are hereby informed that, in accordance with article 32 of the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the information communicated by users via the forms on the Site is required to respond to their requests, and in particular to enable the sending of a Newsletter and to receive information about Atlinks products, and is intended for use by the data controller for administrative and commercial management purposes.

Users are informed that they have the right to access and rectify data concerning them by writing to the Site operator at the following e-mail address: europe-salescontact@amplicomms.com.

The Data we collect and process
We process the Data that you send us or to which we have access as a result of our business relationship with you. This includes :

  Some definitions :
